Calm, Personalized Spa Grooming

We are an appointment only salon. Each grooming appointment at our salon is one-on-one, with a dedicated groomer focused on a single dog from start to finish. This ensures your dog receives undivided attention and a calm, personalized grooming experience. You’ll be notified in advance when your dog is ready for pick-up. While we do have kennels for short-term holding if needed, your dog will spend most of their time in a relaxed, supervised environment. All appointments are managed efficiently to maintain timely service while providing the highest standard of care.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

We believe each dog deserves the full spa experience, including a bath with shampoo and conditioner tailored to their individual skin and coat needs, a full blow-dry, complete brushing, nail trim and buffing, ear cleaning, teeth brushing, paw balm, and a finishing touch of cologne. Every step is designed to keep your dog healthy, comfortable, and looking their best. Every dog receives the complete spa experience; no extra packages are necessary. Please note that additional charges may apply for dogs with severe matting, challenging behavior, or specific coat conditions.

We express glands and pluck ears upon request at no extra charge. For your pet’s safety, we will only perform these services if we feel it’s appropriate for the pet.

PRICING

All prices are inclusive of the full spa experience. Our pricing is based on a dog’s weight and coat type. Additional fees may apply for haircuts longer than 1-inch, breed-standard trims, heavy matting, behavioral challenges, or specific coat conditions. You will be notified in advance if any additional fees apply to your appointment before grooming begins.

Special Services and Conditions

As dogs get older, grooming can become more challenging for them, both physically and emotionally. To ensure your dog’s comfort and safety in the salon, we may recommend a Senior Comfort Groom. These sessions take extra time and may include multiple breaks as needed. Groomers may hand-dry, allow the dog to sit or lie down for much of the session, or use gentle restraint techniques. The goal of this groom is to provide a haircut that maximizes your dog’s comfort. While it may not be perfectly polished, your groomer will adapt to your dog’s needs to help them feel more at ease and enjoy a calm, stress-free grooming experience.

Prices start at $115

We love helping puppies get comfortable with grooming, beginning after their second round of vaccinations, usually around 12 weeks old. Because everything is new to a puppy, including the sounds, the sensations, and the equipment, grooming takes extra time and gentle handling to keep the experience safe and stress free. Our goal is for every puppy to grow up feeling confident and at ease at Premier Paws Dog Spa.

During their introductory sessions, puppies receive a bath, careful blow-dry and brushing, nail trim and buffing (if tolerated), ear cleaning, breath spray, and a tidy trim of the face, feet, and sanitary areas. This helps them get used to clippers and scissors in a calm way. We typically recommend two “Puppy Pamper” sessions before a full haircut, though this may vary depending on your puppy’s temperament and coat condition.

Prices start at $80

We groom dogs of all temperaments, including those who may be anxious, afraid, or occasionally aggressive. Our team works hard to keep every dog as comfortable and stress free as possible, helping them feel safe in our salon. In cases of extreme aggression, a muzzle may be used to protect both your dog and the groomer. While we do our best to complete the full grooming session, certain services may be skipped if your dog cannot tolerate them, and a session may be ended early if it becomes unsafe for your dog or the groomer.

In cases of matting, if the groomer determines it is safe and manageable, they may be able to remove the mats for an additional fee. In instances of severe matting, the groomer will not attempt to brush out the mats to ensure the safety and comfort of your pet. In these situations, shaving will be recommended and may incur an additional charge. Clients will always be notified and consulted before grooming begins.
